Based on an EcoCooling 16000 evaporative cooler this is a conversion to create a side discharge cooler. The existing fan is relocated into a stainless steel transition element and a stainless steel blanking plate is fitted over the original fan position. |
| The side discharge unit can provide a solution where roof penetration or roof access is difficult. A simple bracket fitted to the redundant down discharge area provides support. It is recommended that a flexible connection is made to the distribution ductwork to prevent stresses on the cooler.
Floor mounting provides ease of installation and maintenance. |
